- Although bitten by the palace devolvement in Valentia, I decided to stick with the concentric design for my villa block in Caesarea, because I didn’t factor in the trade route change, thus figured that I’d only be able to evolve up to 3×3 villas. The block worked GREAT, as concentric blocks always do (with the notable exception of using it for 4×4 large/luxury palaces)
