This should be a routine mission. The province of Africa is completely devoid of any threats. Unless, of course, you count the people who already live there. I suggest training a few legions, just in case. But surely you won't need them.
The coastline is extremely rugged, so finding a place for your eventual wharves and docks will be difficult, although not impossible. On the other hand, there's plenty of farmland scattered around the area. The Carthaginians seem to not have left many trees standing, which means you'll have to find alternate sources of trade income. Perhaps the climate will prove to be good for winemaking, and the coastline should allow you to set up a pottery industry as well. The requirements may seem trivial for such a large region, but once you arrive you'll see things differently. Oh, and one more thing. Despite the name of the city, we've had trouble sourcing local horses, so a hippodrome is out of the question.
Invasions, demands, and price changes are set for 50 years.
Buildings disabled are: hippodrome and chariot maker.
21/1 edit: New version added based on feedback from players. Economy made tighter, no more yoyo wages.
Additional Comments:
A little cheeky to have "I suggest training a few legions, just in case. But surely you won't need them." and then such large attacks. Otherwise it was lovely fun trying to work out where the place all the housing and moving the food around for them. Tyty for the map.
