My completed and eternally hands-off city from PP's Judea Trouble map. This was a large, fertile map with modest requirements and middling attacks, but low local access to goods, heavy needs for imports, limited buildings and an escalating desperate economical situation. Of most note, the only taxation available was from the Senate, while housing is limited to Grand Insulae.
For this to run eternally, I chose to add back in forums rather than redesign my patrician block, as almost all exports in the late game cost more in imports and labour than they make in export.
