The Senate banished you in the high mountains of Spain. Waiting there for your Return several hazards await you. The small mountain passages are not safe anymore. Wild tribes roam the wide and stony landscapes trying to rob all they can find. It is your task to establish a small Village in the valley of Tolumn. Defend the valley against upcoming threads and prepare troops to finaly reach the shoreline. Over there you will build a Dock and a Shipyard to safely bring your troops over the Sea.

This is my first map since I lost interest in the game long time ago. Recently I discovered the Augustus Branch and got reengaged with the game. I hope you like my concept of the first map(probably going to make more with the story going on if people like it, please let me know!)
Since I'm not a veteran Governour in knowledge there are probably some mechanics in C3 I missed to polish out or the map is to easy/hard. If so I would like to get your opinion on it :)
Also feel free to play it on Very hard.

You can't complete the map of you remove the road around the entry points.
Also whats with no plaza and no mission post? |

Road around entry points is removed. Also made a tiny bit more space there.
I disabled Plazas to make desirebility a bit harder and mission post was not necessary I didnt want any interaction with the natives. But for this version 1.2 I enabled them both if they are necessary.[Edited on 11/17/22 @ 10:30 AM]

Everything works without any issues. Even with additional stipulated goals.
Balance: 4
Economy starts very starved on VH so debt and favor are and issue. 2 dn base salary makes favor little slower than i would like late game. Ends up being the last rating to achieve. Food is surplus to requirement.
Military is managable apart from a fairly strong late game attack that comes directly into your industry. That once can catch you offguard. Axeman will eat your auxilia.
Creativity: 5
Map is large but areas are inaccesible which forces you to figure out unconventional blocks, very much recomended to try and squeeze in things in suboptimal locations.
Map Design: 5
EQ was a bit odd since it does nothing apart from freaking you out but other than than map looks natural and makes sense gameplay wise, tough to achieve that.
Story/Instructions: 5
Custom goals included, other than that story itself is little short but very few people care.
Additional Comments:
I would recommend this map, enjoyed playing it.

Thanks for feedback and the kind comment Marek.
I reworked the invasions on entry point(made them less big)
Also made No Plazas as an additional win condition ;)
Also check Marek out on Twitch if you want to see his balls turn inside when the entry point invasion enters :D

Well balanced on the economy. The export is enough to not wasting space on forum. Military can be a bit more powerful.

Don't know if is the map or augustus, but i can't build timber yards nor import wood/furniture from anywhere, so i can't go over 50 prosperity and there is a 60 requirement
Edit: It was a bug.
Map in very hard has a harsh early, but totally doable[Edited on 12/31/22 @ 04:16 PM]

Pretty map, but I can't build a single thing without a message saying "road to Rome blocked", although I cut the trees near the access. |

I think you’re playing on Julius. The map works when you load the game on Augustus.
Loading it on Julius creates a wall of rock on the edge of the map where the entrance/exit signs are. You can see it more clearly when you rotate the map.
It's weird though that immigrants are still able to enter through these rocks (after deleting the tree next to entrance sign). Shouldn’t be the case but as it is, you get the “Road to Rome is blocked” messages because it’s the exit point which is inaccessible.

seperation of land and ship trading partners is good. Money is an issue at start. But with such many trading partner who all buy iron and weapons, money is no problem after a short time.
Creativity: 4
Forced to use non standard block shape design. so its pretty good.

is wodd in the east accessable? I cut off some but did not find an entrance ^^

it is not clear, if dock, lighthouse and shipyard is necessary to win. did not try without
