Two things of interest here, for me at least. One is the nice solution to the markets in your grand villa area. Another is a site I don't usually see, which are housing blocks with no markets in them!

Thanks Eraserhead,
In the desert I prefer to build separated loops in order to reduce the risk of fire.
Therefore, the housing block and the farms with granaries and markets are located in separate loops connected by gardens.
You know this layout :)
