Governor, for your next mission I need you to build a City in the middle of Britons villages.
Resources are plenty but some others, you will need to import them from sea. I hope the logistics will not be a problem for you. Take specially care of invasions from Britons from the northwest and Barverians from the southeast.

This map can be played in Augustus or Julius.
Recomended to play without global labour pool for a better challenge.

Everything works, there is nothing to complain about.
Balance: 5
I think the scenario is very well balanced, it is not too easy and not too difficult. Military is pretty tough. In the northwest I helped myself with a lion-gladiator-road, in the southeast with some towers.
Economy is not easy until the patrician taxes are available. Caesars demands are well balanced too. The amount of farmland is good (not too much), importing some wheat helps.

A good looking map, the division of the areas is well thought. Nice idea with the separated seatrade-corner. I had two big forced walker blocks, one of them patricians and a few smaller ones, all of them working with getting warehouses.

Additional Comments:
I played the scenario with the old version (Vanilla, on very hard) and could beat it. Thanks for having created that map.

Id play it again. Everything works.
Balance: 4
Could be more difficult in regards to economy. Military is tough but not unfair.

Some quirky things are present but nothing completely novel.
Map Design: 5
Not many obstructions are present so blocks end up looking very artificial. Dock area cannot have its own reservoir to lead out of tight cliffs so part of the map is unusable wo gt to Neptune.
