Completed city of Praevaricationem Macedoniae by Marekvazny
- Julius mod was used
- no multiple barrack or lion walker was used for defence.
- No second wine, grand villa was the highest possible housing
- Reach 100 prosperity at year's end
- One island left unused
- Finish at 150BC, 22 year.
City was created using the Julius mod. Its so nice to see the layouts and all the stages of development. Thank you for including all the saves. This is the OG version which has an issue with vegetables being disabled which was ironed out and swapped with wheat in day one update.
-SUMMARY-
-Reservoirs were placed in the places designed for them. No expense was spared to pacify the natives extensively as they often guard such spaces.
-Eastern-most island was used for initial oil and olives along with the small fertile space on the main trade island. Earthquake was avoided by not building is place where it hits (area with dock space and no native risk). Avoiding such an area looks like a before knowledge but that is of course an option an up to each player to use, no problems with that
-as mentioned in scenario description and review the second type of wine cannot be imported due to a bugged Athenae trade route, but the grand villas proved quite sufficient in such high numbers as used here.
-Military wise its all javeliner auxilaries with tower picket strategy. Bonus points for not using multibarracks, lions or gladiators.
-logistics were handled properly with just enough warehouses and granaries.
-one of the southern islands was even left unutilized as it was not needed.
-most of the viable space was used to its full potential.
-RATING-
5 star rating without a doubt. All issues overcome with confidence and efficiency. Map completed in lightning time frame.
Additional Comments:
I almost put the EQ on the eastern island where you had the olives farms, its almost too good of a place but i wanted to have people rethink the docks and native risks so i opted for the dock area which might have been a little underwhelming. Thanks for playing the map and giving it a run for its money as it was crushed. Very good job.
(also the map based on PP's Nibelungenlied is coming around Monday i'm getting some evaluation first as there can be many issues and after save edit its a pain to go back to editor)
