This was a very, very challenging task!
The forums must be kept in any case.
Additional iron mines were not necessary.
The design is not optimal, but I don't want to bother with a second run :D

Salve Trolgu,
impressive job there. I went through all your saves and i can tell that you did not do things aas i would do early on especially not utilising the first lake until later and not building industry at the point of entry. I like how you utilised the maps resources to the fullest and managed to do it in lightning time scale, for the difficulties this map has. I have some questions regarding the run or you could possibly compile a review if you've got a bit of time, i would love that.
-millitary difficulty (invasion points, enemy numbers, gladiator revolt)
-early game economy (trade, taxes early, native trade option, docks, trade routes already opened at the start, being forced to take debt as i know you often set it as a personal goal to avoid it)
-concept of preplaced buildings and no small temples beyond the start (unavoidable curses)
-favor (request frequency, favor per request or distant battle events), starting areas f.e. vines farm and old governors mess.
-terrain and natives (too much natives or too rugged to get around)
-overall was is just a pain or did you actually enjoy the map?

Additional Comments: As stated in my comment, map was utilised very well. The taxation was a saving grace i suppose as the trade does not scale well even without Rome raising wages. Overall masterfully executed the city stands as a monument to human persistence and determination despite all that the map did have to throw at it.

Thank you Marek,
I liked the scenario very much.
In the first run I wanted to achieve all my goals before the gladiator revolt.
Therefore, I also accepted debts and provoked a blessing from Neptune.
If I do play the map again, I'll take more time to consider how to better utilize native and sea trade.
Small and medium insulae do not need gladiators, and the one or two gladiator schools for Patricians can be removed just before the revolt and rebuilt afterwards.
From a military point of view, it was not much of a challenge. In an emergency, towers could still have been built. But there were enough economic challenges.
Since gifts to Caesar are always possible (if debts are not too high), you can actually neglect the favor rating.

Thank you sincearly for the feedback. I love how you have spare labor in mission posts. i Always struggle with that. I still have a lot to learn and this helps me a lot. Stay tuned for more scenarios in the near future and if you have any interesting map suggestions please see my forum post.
