This completed cities pack contains two files. The first one was a savepoint taken a little bit after you can actually win and it was achieved with Augustus 2.0 (thus the 2 colloseums).
The second one is a more developed version of the city, gameplay continued from the save above with the Augustus 3.0 major update. I was chilling out while exloring new monuments and fully utilized the farmland located in the southwestern corner of the map. I also optimized my industrial area and [nearly] maxed the population size this map allows (using insulae and villa housing only).
