The attached city is in the "dangerous" scenarios (I think its #7). I have built a pretty aggressive city and deliberately PO'd Caesar so that I could continue working on it. It has 3 Luxury Palaces and a population that varies from 11000-12000.

So here is the challenge. Make it better (Better don't mean making Caesar happy and winning the scenario, I did that a long time ago). The current problem is simply that the province is incapable of creating more food. So what exists must be distributed more effectively or something. I have been unable to improve the model above its current level. And to get it this big I have to tweak the economy by turning the furniture production on and off periodically.

Can someone make it better? If they could I would love to see their technique. This is not an ego challenge on my part, I would just be interested in seeing how other players like myself would approach this city. Of course, anyone out there that is just learning, or would like to examine it to see a nice city, they are more then welcome to :).

Have at it - I hope someone can improve on it, I really would like to see how someone would do it. The city represents some of my best stuff, and if someone can make it better I could really learn a lot.
