Hi
So I was reading a thread in which a link to a download which offers a widescreen fix for Pharaoh was removed, because it "removes the DRM" and makes it illegal. However, links to gog.com are not being removed even when GOG is offering the game without DRM either. Shouldn't it be consistent ? If gog links are allowed, why is a link to a site offering the same version of the exe (the exe being used is hacked from the GOG edition anyway) not allowed ? It makes little sense that one is allowed and one is not. Someone want to clarify this ?
Thanks.

Thank you for clarifying that PCDania. Out of curiosity, because GOG purchased the rights to the game from whoever owns it (it's obviously not Impressions because they don't exist), does that mean that the EULA you agree to is their own or the original from Sierra ?

It's in Russian, but the text doesn't make any sense, so I'd agree it's just plain ol' spam.
