For anyone not aware of some awesome sauce being developed for some time now I'm pasting here the link to Augustus mod (a spin off from the Julius one which can be found from there too)

Julius, yes, Augustus, no. It's always been a goal/requirement of Julius to remain compatible with the original save files.

I seem to recall there being a way to get a screenshot of an entire city in Julius or Augustus but can't remember how. Does anyone remember or am I just dreaming?

Control-f12 gives you a full-city screenshot, saved as a PNG file in your Caesar III folder.

Found a bug in Julius (1.6.0): the Financial Advisor, under "So far this year", displays the Interest from "Last year". (In other words, Interest displays same thing in both columns.) This is most easily seen at the very beginning of a year when interest was paid in the previous year--everything except Balance should be 0 under "So far this year" but Interest is not.

I hope Pecunia will see this.

Thanks Brugle, it's fixed in the last development build.

I always play with the 'no debt' rule, so I never noticed

Edit: I poked around the files and found a solution. Turns out the needed png files were all lowercase while their entries in the mess_hall_walker.xml file had some uppercase letters in them. I edited the xml file to match the file names and that corrected both the sprites on the map and the right-click portrait glitch.

The case-sensitive nature of Linux.

Not sure this is the right place to post it, but I have encountered a graphical glitch in Augustus. The people that follow the quartermaster from the Supply post (the ones who are probably carrying all the food for the military) do not display correctly. I see various letters, rotating arrows and other weird shapes in their place. They move and carry the supplies just fine but are not displayed properly on the map. If I right click on them, the picture shows a rioter(?) with a torch. The quartermaster is displayed correctly.

I am running Augustus in Linux, version 2.0.1.

For some reason the Linux appimage did not include the necessary additional files so I copied them from the Windows download - the maps and mods folders and several dll files. Tried removing the dll files but it made no difference.
