The 2GB drive is my C-drive, this is ok with me, I still have about 1 GB left on this one.
The other one is partitioned in 2 parts, both are almost completely full (both about 500 MB left).
So I need a new hard drive.
Now my problem is to choose one.
Size doesn't really matter, but I'm probably going to go for a 40 GB 7200rpm one (I don't know which brand yet, it'll depend which is cheaper: Seagate, Maxtor or Quantum).
The problem is I don't know where to put it. I have 2 choises:
-I could get rid of my cd-rom and only use my DVD-drive (so that would mean I'd have 3 IDE Hard drives and 1 DVD IDE).
-I could get a SCSI hard drive, I already have a SCSI card to support my CD-writer, but I don't know if I can ad another device on this same scsi card or not...would I have to intall a 2nd scsi card and is it possible to have 2 scsi cards in 1 pc?
I'd like some advice about what's best for my sysem, a 3rd IDE drive (but I'd hate to loose my cd-rom) or a scsi hard drive (but I don't know how: a 2nd scsi card yes or no? Oh yeah, getting rid of one of my current hard drives and replace it isn't an option.
