I'm back! After all the fun I had with C3 and after skipping Pharaoh I bought Zeus today! The only thing I didn't think about - does it actually work with Windows 2000?
Plz answer quick because I don't want to open the packing before I know! I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope to see you at the "Zeusympics"!

Wee the Forums are active as ever. Thanks so much, mouse and Dania! I hope you guys haven't gone too far and I can catch up with you. I am thinking of calling it a day at the office and getting a good couple of gameplay hours done now .
See you soon in the General Forum!

Jaguar: Me is similar fundamentally to 95/98. 2000 is based on NT, and is very different from 9x.

I have been playing Zeus on Windows Me since i bought it, and have never experienced any problems. I did do a complete clean install of Me. I found that upgrading to Me make your system unneccessary slow. After I did a clean install, my system was faster than ever. I did not have any lockups of any kind, so i can say that my system has never been more stable. Everything works perfect. Even with directx 8 installed

Didn't mean to sound like a Me basher..as the percentage of satisfied users is increasing. Like all new OS's it will take time for it to fill in the gap. Me's system resource management aspect needs to be addressed or PC's on the edge resource wise will fail their users.(I have many conplaints about lock ups in IE Outlook where simple e-mail duties are being used). One must remember the average PC in use today is 333Mhz overall with 64MB of Ram.
I have it on a PIII 550Mhz PC just to see for myself some of the reactons to user requests..it plays C3 fine, but won't run RollerCoaster Tycoon..might be driver related to that particular game. I'll keep working with it to gain a better understanding of what's happening.

ET I just tried RCT on my own computer and had no problems on getting it to run. I think you were right when you said that it is driver related
