I took my own advice at the end of video #2 and got my time to 209 months. It was a weird run though. I fulfilled the Itjawy request on time but it took about a year for the trade route to open. As well, I did not receive even one copper gift and had to import my own copper.
The new layout improved my time greatly to 209 months (keep in mind it’s on Hard and not Very Hard like the old challenge because that’s the hardest setting in the new game).
I think I could improve it if I set up plain stone a little differently as I wasn’t perfectly efficient as a few yards had too long of a walk.
