Tibur Palace

This was an initial design for the C3 Olympic event of Tibur, to build a single luxury palace in the shortest time. It was custom-designed for the location I chose to build in. Unfortunately it didn't work out to anywhere near my initial aim because I just could not get enough desirability for the palace even though I've surrounded it with desirable service buildings already.
But anyway, on the eventual solution I changed the design a bit to factor in the use of some more tricks than I had been using with the original design.
