Desert scenario with some interesting challenges. Building space is limited and with theaters disabled, you're forced to go with amphitheaters and colloseums. Workshops are also disabled and the only available exports are iron and fruit. With limited income, I started taxation with housing at small hovel and maxed it out in the early years at 25% with +8 wages. I also had to micromanage the early imports of non-food goods to the villa/grand insulae area. I eventually used olives as warehouse filler for the non-food imports.
For the prosperity push, I built the grand insulae in year 3 and kept unemployment below 5%. I used a row of temporary mission posts for a couple of years to check high unemployment.
The layout started with the road from the dock to the iron mines and branched out from there. Played at hard, with no cheats, no debt and rescue loan. City is stable.
