Quick Miletus, a set of progressive saves to demonstrate simple city-building at Hard difficulty (the default). The only advanced techniques were gatehouses for walker control and multiple blessings from Neptune. No personal funds were used. No festivals were thrown. Nothing was deleted except for trees and parts of the original Road to Rome. There were no patrician houses, so extra buildings made jobs. Prosperity was only 41.
