Try to build up a large military force and trade a lot! You will need the money. Caesar also needs some of your troops, so plan carefully! Invasions are expected to attack at the southern part of your city!
Since nobody wrote a report about this map, I decided to test it. I'm sorry I didn't do so earlier, as I have the strong feeling the designer uploaded the wrong file. The name of the file and the short description suggest there will be invasions, but there were only a few very feeble attacks, that could easily be countered.
What remains is a sandbox scenario where you have 21 years to build your city. All resources are amply available, trade opportunity is knocking, and you have enough space to build a really big city. There are only a few troop requests that will provide you with arches and a boost of your kingdom rating, so with maybe onbe large gift you can get a max score on all ratings. The only challenge left is to do it in 21 years, otherwise you are blocked by the victory screen, with just five years overtime max left.
The map is certainly playable, but it is not the map you are expecting. There is no story, there is no challenge, there are no requirements to meet. The curious lay-out of the road pattern in the city suggests the designer meant to go for a sort of lion-king defence, but somehow forgot to schedule something to defend against.
As I said, my first thought when I saw the name of the map file was; this is the wrong one. Playing it only enhanced that idea. If you like a sandbox scenario, here it is, if you want a challenge, prepare for 21 years of boredom.
I hope the designer is still around, so he or she might send in the right file. If F.Delano thought this was a challenge, I will gladly be of assistance in improving a promising map, that needs a lot of work to become a really interesting one.

No problems found, not clear what the goals are.
