Lugdunum, just before victory. Its design and construction, as well as similar information on other players' cities, are described in the Caesar III Heaven Game Help forum thread "No export Lugdunum (Career)".
The following points may be of interest:
* No trade routes were opened (so all houses are small insulae).
* Very Hard difficulty.
* Debt was not used and the "rescue" gift was not taken.
* No personal funds were used, so no gifts were given.
* Wolves were not "penned"--soldiers exterminated them.
* No mission posts were built.
* No festivals were thrown.
* No "future knowledge" was used.
* Only trees were deleted.
* No cheats of any kind, of course.
* Culture 100.
* The city is stable for many years without intervention except to dispatch requests.
Victory is achieved at the end of the 13th year with 5120 people. Continuing to govern, the population stabilizes at 5415 after about 20 months, unemployment remaining below 5%. To govern more than 5 extra years, immediately delete the westernmost garden (touching a forum) to devolve a house to large casa and limit Prosperity to 49.
