Somehow, Caesar don't likes you. He send you to desert, where the only place you'll find whater and farmland will be an oasis guarded by nomades. A very unfriendly land! Are you sure it will be too easy for you?
Playability: 4
I found the scenario enjoyable enough that I played it through to the end, despite the fact that I don't care for timed scenarios.
Balance: 4
The attacks came often enough to be a distraction to the building, and were strong enough that they had to be taken seriously. I had to restart more than once before I got the proper balance between a fast military build-up and the necessary economic development. I had all the other goals satisfied by the time the peace goal was attained, but it was a close call. The timing of various events was very good.

Map Design: 3
The map is well designed to give a moderate challenge. There are however two sea trade routes that cannot be used. The buildings allowed are appropriate for the circumstances, which might prevent players from spending the money to open a trade route that can never be used.
