Carthago at the end of the 10th year.
Includes spreadsheet layout of city.
Prosperity will rise 10 per year.
Maintainance - The only maintainence (which is actually optional) is the removal of a 5th market which is next to a school which was there for the purposes of growing that block quickly while fruit supply was still in short supply. I was planning on removing it 1 year after this save. I deleted it after clicking the 5 more years button with no problem.
Stats regarding this Save:
7 Luxury Palaces
56 Grand Insulaes
Culture 100
Prosperity will reach 100 in Jan 156BC (after 13th full year)
Although this puts the number of furniture using homes past the limit by 1, there is a 2% unemployment rate which would allow you to delete the extra grand insulae and have the city function excactly the same. I just didn't have the heart to delete it.
The cities population will stabilize at 6104 (6020) if you delete the grand insulae.
There were no personal funds used,
no loans gifts or cheating.
Game setting on hard (though running the unpatched version does not give you anything but
that difficulty)
Due to the original location of temples, I cannot claim to not have deleted temples (which I did try to use to my advantage).
I did use knowledge of future events (all those oracles have to do something).
The spreadsheet is originally cut from a file downloaded from http://caesar3.heavengames.com
