The hospital park lies on top of what was once a massive export wine industry. Wine and marble were the only commodities I exported, and the sea trade routes were never even opened. Again, the ratio 12 large insulae : 1 grand villa was employed to reach 100 prosperity. The plebeian housing block is perhaps of interest since it only contains 1 prefecture, contrary to the traditional thinking of adding extra prefectures in the desert. G-blocks were used in preference to my normal ring blocks because gatehouses were not available. The villa block is a straightforward line block, relying on destination walker coverage for the entertainment venues.
