This scenario doesn't have any predefined winning conditions. Play this map until you feel satisfied with the city.
There is no background information about the city either, so the player has no idea what to expect while playing. After 5 years of game time, I figured that this was going to be an easy, peaceful map, although Rome did supply wheat. That gave me a clue to build a few forts, just in case. While waiting years for any possible attacks, I had plenty of time & labor to build a large treasury from exports.
After 10 game years, the Egyptian attacks (various sizes: 35, 50, then 12 enemies, etc.) started occurring on what seemed to be a yearly basis. The map design is good, with several areas to plan out a city. Choose any side of the map to build on, as the attacks will come from all directions, keeping things interesting. For anyone wanting a slight challenge, without having to worry about meeting any set goals, give this map a try.
