You are tasked with building the biggest and most magnificent city that the empire has seen so far - no less than 75,000 people!
Prosperity, peace and favour requirements are high; as are the requests from Caesar, befitting a rich city of this size.
No enemy army invasions but there are frequent raids from local tribes who are receiving aid and information from nearby villages. Look to build fortifications which will prevent your city from being overrun.
This scenario is not suitable for inexperienced governors and you will definitely have to have some tricks up your sleeve to complete it successfully in the allotted 100 years.
The map must be played with the Augustus mod and has been thoroughly tested.
Wonderful to see that Caesar 3 is undergoing something of a revival of late and hopefully this scenario will add to people's enjoyment of this great game.
Additional Comments:
So overall the Mission is ok.
The biggest Issue with it are the absolutely Stupid requests from Rome like 150 Wheat or 220 Clay. Its not that its hard to do its just incredibly annoying to build Warehouses just to stockpile and then delete them again. A huge improvemenr would just be to reduce the requests from Rome to 64 max. Later i didnt even bother to fulfil them and played on.

I get two invasions in the same time, both are local uprising. This was impossible to beat without cheating (position army before enemy spawning)
