Add/remove/modify scheduled trade changes in a .map file.
The format of the map file only allows up to 20 trade changes.
A trade change would allow the player's city to receive announcements from its trading cities about their desire to increase or decrease the volume of trade of certain goods.
A trade change is scheduled by setting the year from the start of the scenario when the change would occur, in addition to the month of the year, the city sending the message and which good would be selected.
To run the application, first download and unzip the file to extract a Java file 'C3TradeChange.jar', then from a command window type:
java -jar C3TradeChange.jar

That's really, REALLY useful and long-awaiting modification instrument, opening up a lot of new possibilities and ideas for maps creation! That's wonderful that there are still enthusiasts like you (and Pecunia also helps you as far as I understand) contributing to the game development! Thank you, guane2009, so so much!!
P.S. Just a small issue - the choice of month for "trade change event" you included in the tool menu are not properly working, they are defined in game not accordingly to the choice in the tool menu, but mostly random-based. However, the trade change event shall not be often (as for my taste not more than 3-4 times for scenario map) so this is not too important issue for me.
P.P.S. Hope that some day you will also make the Empire Map modification tool so that new provinces may be added and played (such as Rome, Byzantium, Alexandria, etc...). I think the C3 fan community will appreciate this very much! That's will be wonderful!
