Magador is an important site for a new colony. If we are to expand the Empire further north, we must control these lands. We were unable to build a city in such an enormous province never before. The main challenge before you is to establish a huge and prosperous city that rivals Rome in culture, prosperity and peace. You also must earn high favor with me. To make matters more intersting, Magador has precious little farmland. Look for the yellow tufts on the map that indicate this. There are also conditions for fishing but you won't be able to make any wharves on this level. The birds will only make you company along your mission. Perhaps you should alleviate food shortages with imports... I don't know. I haven't studied the details of this mission yet. That's why I hire governors. I do hope that you at least try to filfill my requests promptly and on time this time and not disregard them. I really badly need those goods I am asking for. Roman citizens have a voracious appetite for them. Knowing the difficulties in this assignment I haven't set modest goals for you. I trust you on this one and I wish you to overcome every obstacle and succeed at least as well as you did last time !

Everything works, nothing to complain about

This map is a real challenge. Not only because of military, which is hard to handle. The map is huge and they come from all directions with big armies, so lots of towers are necessary in several areas. That takes many employees.
Small temples are blocked, marble has to be imported, the dock spaces are far away from the road to Rome and there are wolves. It is a tough start, also moneywise. After some time, when all trade routes are open, money is not an issue any more.
Creativity: 5
The map is huge and not all areas can be reached directly, because of the river, rocks and the few possibilities for bridges. That makes it interesting and more difficult. Farmland is enough, but not far more than enough.

It is a beautiful map, with lots of thinkings in it. Perhaps there could be some more deatails around (groups of single trees, small rivers flowing in the big one).

Additional Comments:
I really like the scenario. It deserves the full 5.0.
I tried it around five times now (Vanilla) in some months and did not make it so far. I have reached everything in my last try, but culture (28) and I have no workers. My population gets old and needs do be "changed" by deleting reservoirs, but the city does not recover from that.
Thanks a lot for having created this very challenging scenario. It deserves far more reviews.
