The Roman Empire is in crisis. It is needed all of its provinces to be ruled correctly so that a territory won't be lost. That's why you, my promising governor, will go to very distant places in your career.
This time I want you to defend the city of Ebrus and to grow legions and troops which to send to other Roman cities which are in need. In return I'll send you materials and men to build a Triumphal Arch - a statue which will forever magnify the Roman superiority over these distant lands. In addition to that you will need to deal with local natives who already inhabit this province. Build a missionary post in order to civilize them and when ready in time they will accept your presence and finally will begin to trade with you. Check periodically the risk overlay which is marked with red squares for those parts of the land which the natives consider to be their own. Don't build on this land until the missionary is getting his job done.
Try to develop your trade quickly because being in crisis it is hard for me to find and send additional resources to you. From now on you also need to master the trade routes and develop your city's economy.
