A huge northern province with lots of open spaces is yet to challenge you next ! The goals on this level are a little bit higher and the resources are not a lot as well. Your city needs many imports.
For the first time you can include the last and the biggest types of entertainment in Caesar III - the hippodrome and the chariot maker.
The Emperor will only raise wages without lowering them down ! This will be a big financial problem if you don't master your exports on time.

This map has but one weakness, Favor. Caesar asks for nothing at first, then goes crazy, later on. Mind your personal savings very carefully, you'll probably need them!
Balance: 4
Mate, you cannot dangle that, very obvious, "carrot" in front of our eyes and then take it (and half the map along with it!)! Plus, 70 Oil for Caesar? As import with a cap of 25? 100 Fish?? No, either make these requests a bit more "sane" or give us something to work with (a bit more farmland perhaps?? Or straight-er coasts to fish from? Something!)
Creativity: 5
This one is bordering on overwhelming (some may say it crosses the line, not me, I'd say it is just a bit "much".) for a teaching tool - unless you want to teach exactly that, the overwhelming nature of things in this game at times! If so, well done! If not, well, overdone! ;-)
Map Design: 5
For a map with so few "features" this one had quite the "rich" gameplay! Hats off to the master.
Additional Comments:
Again, when it rains it pours! May I suggest a medium quake instead of the San Andreas "monster" you hosted here? Just because it is not "alone" (you know, the "other" disaster that's also looming, this time my "trick" almost did not work!).
