Mission briefing :

All our lives, we've been taught the importance of the Ancient Rome to so much of the world that came after it, and particularly to our own way of living in and seeing the world of the Roman Empire. Just mention politics, philosophy, law, medicine, history, even the visual arts, and we barely scratch the surface of what we owe to this extraordinary culture...
That's why, my sincerely governor, I command you to establish a large and prosperous Roman city, under the name of Constantia. This province-boundary centre must be unsurpassed in culture, prosperity and peace than any other in the region and, of course, you have to earn high favour with me as well. 4 days since this scenario is present and only 7 people have downloaded it ?!? It seems that Zaragoza is a very tough scenario and may keep you busy for a while...
But this is the 8th mission from the sea shallenge sequence and no comments about the scenarios have been posted yet ! What's wrong, you confirmed fans of Caesar III ? Don't you like the scenarios? If not, let me know, otherwise I won't be able to understand the difficulties you've been through. Please, don't be shy and share your opinions about the sequence. This will help me to improve my mission qualities !
