In this scenario you have to build a military outpost deep in the caucasian mountains in the land of Dacia. The place where
we plan to build the new town was already settled by Dacian farmers. Our solders dispersed them because they don't were very
cooperative. After we have the military control over the Dacians, we want to start mining in the mountains. There is a large
deposit of gold, silver and iron ore. The Roman requirement of precious metals is big. Don't think the caesar is satisfied when
you send him 5 or 10 cartloads of ore every year. He expects real help, not complaisances.

Salve, my faithful attendant.
Here are my instructions for you:
Decebalus, the devious king of Dacia, has bothered us too long. Our patience is exhausted.
Every further year of war with this cunning commander is too much.
We will sent two legions for reenforcement to Dacia. Our superiority will break his resistance soon.
To accelerate our victory, we want to found a military outpost in the caucasian mountains. It will be called Castrum Apulum.
When all building work is done, one of my legions will be stationed there to secure the local gold and iron mines.
You are chosen to lead this operation. I will give you the denari you will need and I will sent you some slaves.
Build some farms soon to practise agriculture, so you are independent of food supply.
After that you can start mining. All iron ore is very welcome. The equipment of our legions needs huge amounts of iron.
After we finally defeat the Dacians, we expect regular delivery of iron ore.
I want you to report all Dacian activities in your region immediately to Rome. Watch your surrounding land! Do not have any
merci for the Dacians. The defeat of the Dacians should last forever.
Don't fall in the allurement of gold and silver, keep your faithfulness. You will receive your righteous wages.
Written in the year 105 A.D., Imperator Trajan the Augustus, victor over the Germans, father of his country, the best of emperors.
