Quick question on Prosperity from a new player. Other than dressing up high-end housing with plazas, trees, hedgerows, etc., is there another trick to raising your city's Prosperity level? I've decorated every possible space; provided goods, services, etc.; and am making money hand over fist, but the Prosperity level barely moves. Suggestions? BTW, I'm currently playing Caralis although I'm sure I'll have the same issue with future scenarios.
Thanks!

Yes, but by adding trees, plazas, etc., the housing becomes more desirable and increases in size/value, no? At least that's what I see happening. And thanks for the link; I guess I'm just going to have to slog my way through those last few points!
