I make a custom campaign using emperor campaign editor. my home city uses city map that contains great wall section ruin, which will be rebuilt at the fourth mission of my campaign. but when i start to play the first mission of the campaign, there is a message reporting that the great wall has been completed followed by great wall completeness report on the monument ministry window while i've done nothing at all for the wall. is there any solution for this?

Thanks for the reply. I've moved the great wall goal to the first mission and accomplish it. but when I proceed to the subsequent missions, sometimes the wall returns into ruin as if it hasn't ever been built before. however, i still think that the wall disappearance is a kind of graphical error because the monument ministry still tells that the wall has been built.

thanks again for the reply. i just check this thread after quite a while. i finally decide to replace the wall with the canal because there is no defensive benefit that can be gained from the wall. However, since the canal is situated in the very center of the map, and thence in the most essential part of my city's transportation network, is there any way to plan the placement of the canal's bridges?
