When I try to make cities that are connected and have shows in the entertainment buildings, I run into all sorts of troubles with the destination walkers from these buildings. I cannot predict where walkers will go and they do not follow an obvious or consistent pattern, leading to devolution from lack of entertainment sometimes years after being stable.
Can any light be shed on how to manage these entertainment walkers? I hate having my entertainment venues empty, even when functionally you can work often better without them and still have high level housing.
