Peaceville...
Population 18 (or so it seems – our soap opera doesn’t feature non-core characters too often).

On the surface, Peaceville is, well, peaceful. But the veneer of civilisation is cracked and peeling. Things aren’t always what they seem. Prepare for power struggles, lust, betrayal, love triangles, intrigue, hospitals and doctors and DNA tests and pills, mad(wo)men and basements, brain implants, brain tumours, hospitals, leukemia, hospitals, policemen and their longsuffering wives, hospitals, princesses, long-lost twin siblings, mothers-in-law from hell, burnt out car wrecks with charred bodies, clearly recognizable by their inscribed rings, blurred generations where the ages of people, their half-siblings, their children, their grandchildren are separated by ten years, serial brides and grooms, and did we mention hospitals?

Still covered in suds...(1):
Celt in Exile

All washed up...
Bobby Ewfield, aka Bengel, blown to smithereens, Night 0.
Gracie Keller, aka Supa Psyche, mason, became a human pincushion, Day 1.
Sister Rose Aimes, aka CenturionZ_1, nurse, killed in a hit-and-run 'accident', Night 1.
Father Patrick O'Reilly, aka Sergius Laudius, day cop, gunned down at the chapel, Night 1.
Sheila Davids, aka Nonchalant, madwoman, killed in a shoot-out with police, Night 1.
Dr Jason Melville, aka Street Hobo, doc, driven out of Peaceville, Day 2.
Bobby Ewfield, aka Bengel, dreamer townie, blown to smithereens again, Night 2.
Heather Templeton, aka Starkey, self-recruiting mafia member, unplugged from life support, Night 2.
Lizzy Tylah, aka Watchwood, mason, smoked one too many, Day 3.
Viktor Malado, aka Rayotep, crazy scientist, has been eliminated, Night 3.
Dot Weatherly, aka VisMaior, scum matriarch, has gotten her come-uppance, Night 3.
Timber Masterson, aka Sul, scum son, has died almost unnoticed of a wasting disease, Day 4.
David Scott, aka Debbie, townie, killed by shooting and hit-and-run, Night 4.
Maximillian Weatherly, aka Reckless Rodent, scum patriarch, has splattered very publicly, Day 5
Brady Beauman, aka Darth, cop, has followed in his father's footsteps, to his grave, Night 5.
Cliff Masterson, aka Niempie, scum patriarch, has been shot, Night 5.
Steve Scott, aka Debbie, one-shot vigilanted lynched, Day 6.
Daisy Masterson, aka Weave, scum matriarch, killed in head-on collision, Night 6.
Resin Weatherly, aka Kedi, scum son, killed in head-on collision, Night 6.

GAME OVER: TOWN WINS.

I want to know what a "dreamer" townie is? If he hadnt died would Bengel have been able to see the future?

Looks like it wasnt all bad though if a (potential) mafia member was bumped off! Still two killing groups though, that's a worry.

I have no proof that my theory of lurker = town role is right
But StarKey goes a long way to proving it, at least in this game

Rushing is bad, yes. But so it going to slow. Too much talking (or doing nothing at all, as is more probable) will lead to an ever worse situation.

Im thinking Ray here. Starkey did not knew who is mafia, and giving the town a mafia member would have made him look good. He could have joined later to not get nightkilled.

Quoted from Vismaior, post 230:

Well that makes no sense at all. Your argument is: since StarkKey was a solo mafia looking for more mafia to join up with, he purposely tried to have someone he thought was mafia lynched to make himself look good.

You've had it out for me since the beginning, Vismaior. As soon as StarKey who turned out to actually be mafia tried to point the finger at me, you immediately jumped on. As I recall, you even asked why no one was jumping on the bandwagon to lynch me.

If anybody has motives that have looked suspicious from the beginning, it is you.

Vote VisMaior

Well, it would have been a win-win for starkey because if he blows it, and he is lynched, he helped clear a mafioso. Maybe im just too paranoid tough. Any toughts on this from someone else than Ray?

Also, you are very jumpy. Notice the lack of FOS or vote in my post.

yes, but
1. he pointed out a reason that I tought was good
2. even If I were scum I would have not known that StarKey is scum as well.

Yes, the game was stalling a lot back then. Bandwagonning is the thing to do in a stall, is it not?

That is very jumpy play, Ray. You're not normally like this... something to hide?

Not always. Often people will go through the entirety of the thread with a fine-toothed comb, looking for some little clue they missed before. Often, it's Ray. But not this time... funny, that.

FOS: Ray

It's an FOS for now. For now.

Actually VisMaior was suspicious of me at the start with nothing to go on, but does not mention it now
And Ray is out of character
Well that's two acting oddly, in tandem?

I agree with the comment about jumpy play from Ray - it's almost as if he's trying to distract us by trying to get something going on Vis.

Interesting.

I'm being accused of being jumpy because I defend myself against VisMaior who attacked me before he knew that StarKey was mafia and was trying to paint me as mafia instead. And even after StarKey's true identity is known, VisMaior immediately starts attacking me again as being suspicious.

No one finds that behavior suspicious but they find me defending myself as jumpy. Oh well.

I guess I'll stop defending myself. But don't be surprised if VisMaior turns out to be mafia all along.

The VisMaior Rayotep thing is interesting. They are pointing at each other for some time now.
And both are jumpy, not only Rayotep.

I get the feeling that they are trying to make sure that we think that they aren't in a team together. But I do get the feeling that they are on one team.

FOS: Rayotep and VisMaior

And we must keep in mind that there is a deadline on next wednesday...

I was not attacking you. I was just speculating. You jumped at me immediately, and with a vote no less. That earns my vote: vote Ray

I have to reread Celt. Now that he mentions I was suspicious of him.

OK, actually, I think its more productive to vote Darth here. The origin of rays suspiciousness was, after all, that he seemed to lead darthbane into a less suspicious position. Coupled with darths recent vote for ray (that looks a bit like distancing to me) vote DarthBane

Votecount
Six to lynch...

Darth - 1 (Vis)
Ray - 1 (Darth)
Sul - 1 (Weave)
Vis - 1 (Ray)

Not voting - 7 (Celt, Debbie, Kedi, Niempie, Reck, Sul, Watchwood)

NOTE: Deadline shifted to Friday, 27 Jan, 17h00 GMT.
No lynch majority = Frontrunner lynched.

(I was perhaps a bit unreasonable with the Wednesday deadline)
