Thanks to Pecunia's Julius project (since v1.3.0) there is awesome possibility to make screenshot of whole city just by pressing CTRL+F12. It is created in a moment and saved as a big BMP file.
Now finished cities can be easily presented as their miniature pictures. Preferably resized by PAINT at least 70% down and saved as PNG.
(It made size decrease on my test city from 33,37 MB to 1,43 MB.)

Yes, Pecunias work about Julius is awesome.
GovernorSimulus in case you are interested in Caesar 3 clone without sprite limit - check the Augustus project on GitHub. It is branch of Julius and one of their enhancements should be sprite limit off. They plan also to add road-block similar to Pharaoh.
I am not sure but I think the "ghosts" is possible to switch off in Julius (kill every person above 100 years age). It alone is very important enhancement for me personally.

Interesting. There are a lot of "improvements" there. What is "global labor pool?" Does this mean you don't need "labor getting" houses?

I think labor in Caesar 3 and clones is always calculated via global labour pool. You cannot say "this workshop takes workers only from this houses". You can say only "this houses provides labour access to that workshop".

In Augustus they intention might be option of Caesar 3 gameplay, where you don't need labour access for your industries and avenues. Only the number of avaliable workers in the city would be taken into account.
It would be simplified, but nice especially for children. The labor access rule is one of the most difficult rules to explain to my little son and his keeping in mind that rule during building a city.

"Global Labor Pool" is how it works in Zeus and Emperor. No labor seekers. You just need a road next to the building to access labor.
