I'll do the report, but if it's design, I might end up changing the original through cubism.

I'll also have something that will give me the clarity to buy the right scanner. Oy.

It is now 21:00. That means power hour has started. For the next hour, people can make as much noise as they want in Residence.

It's all in the name of relieving the stress of exams, since quiet hours are strictly enforced during the other 23 hours of the day.

Feel free to virtually join Guelph in making as much noise as you'd like.

Take care,

Cay - wishing she was feeling better so she could truly appreciate blasting her music...

Wintry, it's the design of a cracker. I don't know how much that would be altered through cubism.

Em Ell: Have you checked out the additions to the story thread? I think it needs your guiding hand.

A cracker? Well, I dunno, I mean a Ritz could become a Club, or might become a saltine.

Yep, a cracker.

I'm a biological engineer, and instead of getting placed in a group that was doing biomedical or pharmaceutical design, I got stuck with two food engineers. Ah well, better than being stuck with some environmentals doing activated sludge...

Cay - who didn't really enjoy her one course on activated sludge...

Did I ever mention that I was an environmentalist??

I guess having fun with such things as sprinkles, animal shapes, bright food coloring, and ones that can also be used as building material would get you a low grade, huh? Too bad, there are two things the world needs in better design: mouse traps and crackers.

No Gustavia, then it might actually be interesting.

We started out trying to design a soy-based snack food, because it would be something new an innovative that's not on the market right now. And with all the recent research linking soy to reduced risk of heart disease and cancer, it's a popular food item. But North Americans don't like consuming traditional soy foods like tofu.

So, our aim was to create a cracker using tofu. We have done so and they actually taste good. Being engineers, we've also had to design all the processing equipment that goes along with this: mixers, steamers, slicers, ovens, etc.

Right now I'm doing equipment selection - I have catalogues and product specification sheets, and I have to choose which piece of equipment we'll use for each of the processes.

Okay, I've rambled enough for now.

Take care,

Cay - just rambling along...

Wintry: Then I suppose you're one of the few people who knows what activated sludge is...

It's amazing when you tell people that wastewater is treated with microorganisms - they look at you funny and go 'what?'

At least some microbes are our friends.... Unlike the ones invading my body right now.

Take care,

Cay - wondering how she can kill those nasty microbes...

Hi The Wintry One I Ceasar Heaven's Resident Butler.

This week my daughter has been sick but today we the first day she had a normal day no Diarrhea or Vomiting. Of course as the day has gone on I have been feeling worse and worse. Chills, aches pains, light-headedness Etc. (thing I may be feverish).

And lastly though it is not a surprise my wife’s step mother past way. (She was terminal with cancer so we were expecting it. So she is off the dad. We decided not to travel with the kid since we were worried that she would have a relapse.

From what I can see y’all have had a great day please keep having fun.

Benson--methinks I should be waiting on you(I'd feel weird having a butler in any case, heh heh). Wow, that's definitely a lot to take in in one day.

Caylynn--I am aware of that subject, but am by no means an expert on it. I know more about using plants and what not to achieve the same means. (Hey, it works for swamps).

Sorry to hear that Benson. Look after yourself.

They'll have to make a corner for us sickies here in the Rec Room so we don't pass our germs onto the others.

Take care,

Cay - is there any orange juice left?

Will do MRed.

Cay - off to check out the story...
