Located in the centre of the castle of Ehb, you see pleasant looking three story building. As you walk up to it, you see a sign above the door way saying 'The Inndom of Ehb'. You step inside and look around. There are many elves, dwarves and men sitting around the bar, drinking, eating and talking. In the corner, a large warm fire blazes. Upstairs there are many rooms with comftable bed where a weary traveller can rest. Here you can chat about whatever you please or have a meal or just spend time with friends.

Or Empires at War by Sieging Dungeons Heaven?

It's such a lovely day outside. Why am I still inside?

Empire Siege would be a good name. You'd have no regular soldiers to build, just solitary one-man armies that could kill like 300 normal guys.

I never really got why they don't make an MMORPG where you fight as a member of a huge army. Not WoW/Guild Wars, but an actual army where everyone fights in units and stuff.

The thing with huge armies is that the more players you have playing in the same instance of an area, the more bandwidth is needed by the server and the players to prevent lag. The idea sounds great though!

Yeahm I've had that idea, knida like Dynasty warrior games, but no NPCs, or very few.

I guess star wars battlefront(or grounds, can't remember) does have something like that, where two massive armiers play against one another, but ofcourse, the maximum online players for a game is an abismal 4, the rest being NPCs, ofcourse.
-
-If they were able to raise that to, hmmmm...64? That'd be far more impressive- perhaps even less. If there were more, you'd get tired of that Über-king who plays if for far too ling and can crush the majority of your army in seconds. However, if there weren't an RPG element involved it could perhaps become more fair. I'll stop now, just typing "out-loud."

Ooooo! Just remembered, Tom Clancy's "End War" is going to be something like that. It'll be like the Battlefield Games, but errr better.

What? I'm sure it's at least 32. Maybe as high as 64... On the PC at least. I remember playing online and running through the corridors of the Tantive IV as General Grevious, cutting down loads of people with my lightsabre! hehe...

The forcce is hardly strong with me, it's just easy when you're a hero in Battlefront... 'specially in tight areas such as the Tantive IV's corridors where they can't run. And I ain't played it in about a year either!

As for my top games, again in no particular order.

- Neverwinter Nights
- Medieval 2: Total War
- Age of Empires III
- Warcraft III
- to be filled in when I think of something.

I agree with you, the medal of honor series is gret, especially the omaha beach level in the first one
But I prefer the call of duty series... Especiall CoD2!

I don't have COD2... I should get it 'cause CoD1 rocked (well the British missions were a bit dissapointing, besides the first two at Pegasus Bridge).

And either that or Half Life will be my other favourite. Probably HL for it's longevitity...

I prefer the mods... Playing Team Fortress Classic at 1am on a saturday was great fun! I was usually a sniper, spy or engineer.

Unless it's CZ2 when I'm a scout.

I should play that game again someday.... Although it's depressing how many servers are now counter-strike ones, while there's so few (compared to a few years ago) for TFC...

In CS, i used to be a god with the tmp, it was such an overrated gun. Though in CZ, the standard SMG was "Legendary" status....don't you just miss when everyone called a cheat.

Also another Illusion Softworks game (the other being Mafia, which I'm surprised did so badly, it has one of the best stories of all time and I suggest you all buy a copy, now that GAME will sell it to you for £5) is the Hidden and Dangerous series, both 1 & 2 were awesome, especially 2.

Oh, also may have to change Mario Tennis to a better Nintendo game: Pokėmon (Gotta Catch 'Em All!)

Well, as for me, the first chapters of the british missions are excellent (the desert part).
But the best missions are the russian, I just love them

I don't know if this is wrong or something, but I don't know why in CoD2 there aren't any German missions! I would love to play as a german!

The Germans wouldn't allow it - they, as a society, have declared that they hate war and refuse to play any part of it, even if it's virtual.

They've also erased practically all German history from 1939-1945 from memory and from the school curriculum
