Overcast and some rain. Finally. It's about time we got out of the 30C weather here. Too hot for me.

Sydney September
Mild with cool nights. August was unseasonally warm, quite a few days around 26-27C. Now that it's spring (spring starts Sep 1 in the southern hemisphere) its more like you'd expect., around 10-20C range. Winter was quite wet.

Sunny out today, although not that warm. Woke up to a frosty vehicle.
First full-blown pub night of the school year on campus tonight. Hope the kiddies keep it nice so I don't have to come in to work.

Low cloud and a few heavy showers - always welcome. It looks like our water restrictions may become permanent.

Two February days in a row. Like high summer here. We've only had 15mm rain this month and dust is everywhere. Its been so hot the past couple of days that you get a headache just standing outside. Never seen September weather like this. Its like Australia.

Overcast and windy. Not a good day for a bike ride.

We just started daylight saving on Sunday. Just as it was getting light at 6am now its 7am. Real pain for those of us who have to be up at 5am although I put my getting up time forward 15 minutes. The PTB decieded to bring DST forward a week and add 2 weeks on the other end this year. May as well make it all year round the way they are going.
Stormy weather here. Very strong winds, some rain, thunder and lighting, cool. After our driest September for many years if not for ever. We only had 25mm or 1 inch of rain.

Sydney October
A couple of days ago it was min 7C max 36C, with very low humidity so not at all unpleasant. Cool mornings and warm days are the fare at present. Sydney in Spring is God's country really, except for all the allergens.
