I don't know if this is narrowing it down or not.but even the hex triplets seem random sometime.

HI A Jay
I used one those Dictionary programs...German to English and visa versa...it would "convert" my keyboard to handle the German alphabet...it worked great..for those times I really needed it.
I suppose I could have used..an online translator as well.
Hope your trip is great ET Flavius

That last post is strange: I put the (/font) tag, but it didn't work... lets see f I can get some of Et's symbols on my keyboard... °§ 1+¦ 2"@ 3*# 4ç 5% 6&¬ 7/| 8(¢ 9) 0= '?´ ^`~
èü[ ¨!] éö àä
That's about all the symbols I can figure out if I use only my keyboard. Hey, the (/font) tag works again!

Does anyone know an html code for ë, I cannot post it on my computer at work (UNIX machine)? And what about the phonetic alphabet?
I prefer to use hex code for colours, because it is just like mixing paints to built your own colours. A little more red, ah too much blue, and so on. Some times you need several trials, but it's fun. Nevertheless, I try my name color. And the result is...

Unfortunately, Gaëlle does not work (black). Gaelle is OK, so I'll be able to use it from work.

Thanks ET, but I was looking for a code for the accentuated letter, and not for the color!
