1 point for Mere. Yes, those are littoral rights. In this particular case, our client owns shoreline property, and certain other officials have boat moorings in waters within our client's littoral area. The question is what do my client's rights include, as far as being able to remove the moorings of these other individuals. (Mind you, one of these individuals is the building inspector, so it is important that we know what we are doing here.)
