Hi billyfan4eva2003, I forget where I remember seeing a post about this recently but the monster recurring event does not work. If you want a monster invasion multiple times, you have to set a separate event for each monster invasion. I first discovered this when playing Open Play Economic 2 when it has a recurring monster event between releasing the Kraken & the Dragon, but only one of them would be released that first time & no more monster invasions would happen. I also tried this for an adventure where I wanted the Maenad to occur in a colony every 3 years, but wouldn't work. I think that same post also mentioned something about there being no real (or extremely high) limit on the number of events that can occur in each episode. Hope that helps.

Using several 'trigger only' to set the monster to reappear again after it is killed.
Event 0: any event(perhaps monster invasion), then set the next event as '1 direct'.
After the first monster is killed,
Event 1: monster invasion, set this event to trigger only, then set the next event as '2 direct'.
Event 2: monster invasion(the same monster or the other monsters), set this event to trigger only, then set the next event as '1 direct'.
Test these by setting them to between 0 years 0 months.
If this latch is not worked, try changing the subtype to test any of the [monster in city], [monster unleashed] or [monster invades] which one will work in the adventure.
