I'll play. Currently I have two jobs - a nuclear physicist and a computer programmer. I love to play Caesar 3, Pharaoh and to somewhat less extent Emperor.

Second-hand book dealer.
My favourite was Emperor ... but I'm now embroiled in that timesink that's called World of Warcraft. I still have all my CB games and one day I will play them again

I'm a computer programmer. My favorite CB game is Emperor.

I do game QA testing.

My favourite city builder game is Pharaoh though its been quite a while since I've played it or any of the cb games. Too busy with other stuff, but I could never get rid of them.

I am a retired research chemist/materials engineer/computer programmer/network engineer. I am not sure how you will classify me, but my formal education included an advanced degree in chemistry and a certification in network engineering. Materials engineer and computer programmer were positions I held for a regular paycheck based on previous job experience and self-teaching from books. After my retirement I contributed to the gaming community both for free and for nominal pay, for Startopia and Creatures. I also briefly ran a family business selling a DIY wood-floor refinishing product online. The product was good but the economy sucked, so we folded.

My current favorite city-builder game on these forums is Children of the Nile. Previously it was Pharaoh, but I found that after playing CotN it was difficult to go back to the seemingly perpetually igniting cities of Pharaoh and Caesar. In the large cities that I built in those games, the walkers tended to break down.

I'm a retired Chartered Civil Engineer.

My favorite cb game is probably Pharaoh, although I recently played through all of Caesar 3, both peaceful and military, (after several years of not playing it) and enjoyed it tremendously.

"No, I know what they look like. Just pour me one."

I'm an architect, so city-building games were an obvious choice for me.

Of all the city-builders, Iíve played Pharaoh the most (by far). But, my favorite might just be Emperor. I really like the graphics in Emperor and Iím a big fan of Feng Shui.

Was a video editor, now I'm a news photographer or photojournalist for a local TV station in Detroit. Played all the citybuilders but have been playing Pharaoh lately.

Mechanical engineering student. Been playing Caesar III, Pharaoh and Zeus off and on since I was ten. Recently got back into city building, and then stumbled upon this forum!

I play pharaoh, and I'm trying to get into Caesar III, but I don't seem to be very good at it.
