Do somebody know how is it possible to create such an image?

It is 11MB big image of career city Londinium. I found it somewhere on the web and I was wondering.

By taking screenshots of all parts of the city and then stitching them together in Paint (or equivalent)...
I've done that a few times: it's time-consuming work but it looks nice.

Thank you. I know this way but I hoped he used something more automatic. On 1920x1080 with hidden tools-panel it should be a bit faster. 30 tiles on X axis and 17 tiles on Y per screen. But the next screen doesn't start exactly on 31 X tile or 18 Y tile. There will be necessary to make fine adjusement in Paint .
Maybe the cursor keys don't move screen just for one full diagonal tile in it's direction.

So in this assembled city picture the citizens in southern part of city were in positions few seconds later compared to citizens in northern part. It's not just flashscreen of whole city in one moment.

ADDED:
You was right, it was time consumpting. I made Brugle's Happy Miletus. But it was nice experience and in future I will be faster. Areas with a lot of people is better to make as one screenshot. Black borders of map are ideal places to check correct position of the next screenshot.

Pecunia I have seen sometimes pictures in text of the forum. And according of quality it was much bigger as 50kB per picture. Is it possible somehow to insert link to picture in the way it would appear directly in text? (Not only as a link).

Take the screenshots with the game on pause, that way the people don't move. You then still have the problem with building animations that might get cut off, but at least the people are OK. The arrow keys should move the map exactly one tile.

The forum checks images for file size: up to 100kb will be shown in the text; if the image is larger, it will generate a link instead.
