'Ello guys, I'm making another problem solving scenario with domestic affairs, so I'd like to know about the whole gladiator revolt thing.

1. Where do the hostile gladiators spawn from? Do they appear from amphitheaters, gladiator pits and colosseums?
2. How do I know how many hostile gladiators will appear?
3. How is the behavior of the hostile gladiators? Do they randomly attack like normal riots or do they have a specific waypoint?
4. How many hostile gladiators do the player need to kill or how long will the revolt last before they quit?

Where do the hostile gladiators spawn from?
I think that any gladiators on the map become hostile. I think that they continue to be spawned by gladiator schools, amphitheaters that have gladiator shows, and colosseums that do not have animal shows.
How do I know how many hostile gladiators will appear?
You don't know precisely.
How is the behavior of the hostile gladiators?
They head directly for some major building, attacking and destroying whatever is in their way. In one city they attacked a governor's palace. In a test they attacked a senate--I don't remember whether that city had a governor's palace.
how long will the revolt last before they quit?
It lasts for a short time, maybe a month.
