Hello everyone!

I'm wondering how I can change the music files, which are actetd out while playing a self-made mission.
If anyone knows, please tell me.
And please excuse my bad english, I haven't spoken English since school.

Greetings, Lilah

Open the music.txt file in a text editor.

At the top of the file, you'll see this:

;Tune M/A Mission# Posttunedelay Minpop Maxpop

; Popcon = 0-0
agbj.mp3 M 0 20 0 100000
AMBIENT
sps.mp3 M 0 20 0 100000
AMBIENT
sthA.mp3 M 0 20 0 100000
AMBIENT
mAa-jb.mp3 M 0 20 0 100000
AMBIENT

Hapj-aA.mp3 A 0 20 0 100000
sstj.mp3 A 0 20 0 100000
Dust.mp3 A 0 20 0 100000

To include other tracks, just copy/paste the Dust.mp3 code to a new line and change the track name to whatever one you want to play (it must be in the Audio/Music folder for it to play!).

Here's my one for an example of tracks I added:

;Tune M/A Mission# Posttunedelay Minpop Maxpop

; Popcon = 0-0
agbj.mp3 M 0 20 0 100000
AMBIENT
sps.mp3 M 0 20 0 100000
AMBIENT
sthA.mp3 M 0 20 0 100000
AMBIENT
mAa-jb.mp3 M 0 20 0 100000
AMBIENT

Hapj-aA.mp3 A 0 20 0 100000
sstj.mp3 A 0 20 0 100000
Dust.mp3 A 0 20 0 100000
watj.mp3 A 0 20 0 100000
rekhit.mp3 A 0 20 0 100000
rwDt.mp3 A 0 20 0 100000
Dd-m-ann.mp3 A 0 20 0 100000
Sekhmet.mp3 A 0 20 0 100000
Daq.mp3 A 0 20 0 100000
Khu.mp3 A 0 20 0 100000
Khet.mp3 A 0 20 0 100000

The 0 100000 number basically defines the minimum population needed to trigger and the maximum population needed. Basically, it's a range so that the track will play whenever the population is between the specified numbers. 20 is the number of seconds to wait before playing the track and the 0 before that just means a custom mission.

Hope this helps!

Thank you for your answer, Sajuuk! It already helped me to understand a bit more how the music.txt file works.

But how can I refer some tracks especially to a certain mission?
For example, I have created a mission called "Alexandria" and I want "Ra.mp3", "offering.mp3" and "longing.mp3" to be played with it. But I want these tracks only to be played with this mission and not with the others I created.

I saw in the music.txt file that the missions that are already there have numbers.
Do my own created missions also have numbers so that I can use them instead of the "O"?

And what does the line "; Popcon = 2000" for exaple mean?

It isn't possible. All custom missions have the mission id of 0 so that the game does not confuse it with a campaign mission.
And what does the line "; Popcon = 2000" for exaple mean?
That is in reference to the Population Condition. The txt is listed out in mission order so that population requirement is in reference to Timna.

Basically, any track that has a mission id set to something higher than 0 is referenced for a mission in the actual campaign.
