Hey guys,

I recently had a new hard drive put in my computer and although I have managed to copy Pharoah over to the new harddrive and it seems to work ok, however, I cannot get it to run in full screen.

I have tried compatibility mode and a few other things but it opens and runs in the same size, probably about half the full screen. It was running full screen before now and it is set to the highest resolution.

Anyone know how to fix it, please let me know. That would be great. Thanks heaps and happy gaming.

When you try to change the game to full screen (either with the F6 key or with Options/Screen setting/Full screen), what happens?

Hi Brugle,
I tried the f6 key just now and it made it worse. I did try the other way in the game with the options, settings ect.

I also tried the compatibility mode way but I think it didn't work because it technically does work already. Any other ideas please??

Thanks heaps

Sorry, no more ideas. (I always play with Windowed screen, so I don't know much about your problem.)

Sorry, but re-installing the game may be the last resort.
Windows & graphics drivers may be having problems cause the game is not registered yet. Far fetched idea most likely.

Perhaps ensure your fully updated the OS and graphics drivers first. ;
Tried to fiddle with Scaling options? They probable got reset to defaults on the new HD.
Right click the Phar shortcut>>choose properties>>click a button that says something like "Change High DPI settings". check box says something about "scaling". Restarting the computer between changes may be the better option but others say it is unnecessary, shrug.

That about exhaust things I might look at.

happy gaming
