I love those numbers. Basicly if i i have enough desirability in the area to evolve Common Residences, i have enough for upgraded Bazaars and Water Supplies also. Depending on the difficulty abit, but that's a nice rough guideline to keep in mind.
On a somehow related note, what is the value of neutral desirability? By neutral, i mean the starting desirabilty of an area, before any negative or positive effects from buildings are added. Is it 0 or something else? Might be a dumb question, but the values in VitruviusAIA's Housing Chart look abit high to me, so im shooting anyway.
Also, is there anything in the game, besides buildings, that has an effect on desirability? Like different terrain or reeds, rocks etc.
