Hi, is there a way to stop the frogs hop hoppitying everywhere and turfing everyone out of their homes?
I walled some in and that stopped them but with two groups I could not stop them all.

Are you playing on Pharaoh or Cleo?
as far as i'm aware there are no frogs in Pharoah.
there are three groups of animals that will 'eat' citizens. (as far as i'm aware)
Hayenas:
Hayenas are spawned near rocks. walling them in with gardens will do fine, as long as you make sure it is around their spawn point. to determine this just pause the game as soon as you start, look about for the hayenas and whereever they are will be their spawning ground. just puts some gardens to block their escape.
Crocodiles and hippos:
Corocodileds will spawn in swamp where reeds grow. hippos in water.
both these animals are more difficult to hem in as they can move about freely until they find land. you could fence in crocodiles but it would be easier to put a tower or two near them, as long as they also acted as defence.
the same goes for hippos although in the earlier missions when there are no towers, putting gardens or buildings along the coastline will block them from entering.
Note: why don't you experiment (with hayenas especially) dropping the amount of garden tiles to a minimum. this can take some restarts to get right, but can help (if you have two or three groups) to save money
i think that this is about it, although i'm sure some other players will come along and give more advice and tips.

yes, frogs, along with asps, and scorpions, the nile turning to blood and violent storms are all delights of Cleopatra.
I have found that soldiers will put paid to asps and scorpions fairly briskly and it gives them good practice. the nile turning to blood is scary but doesn't do much, the storm you can't do much about and I did contain some frogs with a quick wall around them but they start in two sources and move very quickly so catching them is difficult (You can catch lions and hyenas that way too, by spotting their source tile right at the start of the city and walling it in.

Frogs are a scripted curse that can occur in the Cleo extension, The come from the river and head for the best houses in the city. They can be blocked and will disappear when they are completely fenced in. Walls will fence them in, other buildings and also vacancy lots will do the trick too, but it is very tricky if there are many frogs.
Another plague that can occur in Cleo is taken right from the Bible again, locusts will eat your crops in the growing season. Also that plague can be avoided by deleting all farms in a single sweep before the locust threath is issued. Undelete and crops will be harvested normally.
Hail storms will kill citizen walking in the city, I'm not sure what a blood river does, bad health IIRC and maybe bad morale. Also scripted events.
Asps, scorpions, lions, crocodiles, hyenas and hippo's are predators that spawn from predator points. Lions and hyena's will disappear fully when all animals from a single spawn point are killed, the other will continue to spawn. In principle all can be fenced in, unless their spawn points are close to water or sand dunes, as would be the preferred choice of a good (bad) designer.

Just a little update of joshofets reply. The river of blood stops everything that has something to do with water (trade, fishing, even water carriers who still walk around, but no water is delivered).
