I'm not talking about the early levels of the game where you don't get roadblocks, and end up with architects busily checking the barley farms for structural faults, and the bizarre lady supplying food to your clay pits..
I mean later in the game, when you've got correctly built housing blocks with no way in or out for random walkers, and suddenly a block of housing is evolving in a way you didn't intend because the bizarre lady is walking down a road she couldn't have possibly gotten to without walking through a roadblock..
This seems to happen to bazaars and water supplies when they're improved (beautified), and doesn't happen every time.. do they jump a space? will this only happen when it's on the outside of the loop?
Also I've noticed that if I've got an architect or a firehouse on the inside of a corner, roadblocked on one side, they'll still go that way, past several roadblocks, wind up god-knows where while their intended beat bursts into flame...
